The User is obliged to promptly notify the Owner of any loss or theft of access credentials (User-id and password): in the absence of such notification, all declarations of will, acts, and facts producing legal effects made through the User's account will be incontestably attributed to them. The Owner is in no way responsible for the unlawful consultation of personal data contained in restricted areas by unauthorized third parties who have become aware of the User's authentication credentials due to the latter's negligence. The User undertakes not to disturb in any way the use of the service by other Users. If the User publishes content from the Owner's Site on a Social Network through their account, they assume all responsibility that may arise and must never, in any case, jeopardize public order.

The Owner undertakes to provide the User with the online usability of the Website and the services offered, as well as the related communication tools, ensuring their implementation in line with the current state of evolution of IT tools. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed, regulated, and interpreted in accordance with the Law of Jersey, to which the Extraterritorial Entity CAVILLI RENÉ MARIO has entrusted its legal system. For any dispute that may arise concerning the validity, effectiveness, interpretation, and execution of these Terms, the exclusive jurisdiction shall be that of the Judge designated by the Prosecutor's Office of the Global Intergovernmental Organization CNU, of which the Extraterritorial Entity CAVILLI RENÉ MARIO is a regular Member.

The Data Protection Officer (DPO) and the Data Processor is René Mario Trustee Cavilli, fiduciary administrator of the ENTITY CAVILLI RENÉ MARIO, residing in Gressan, Frazione Pilet 2 (AO).

3. Purpose of Processing

The personal data you provide is necessary for registration to the restricted areas of the websites managed by the ENTITY CAVILLI RENÉ MARIO. The acquisition and processing of your personal data, such as name, surname, address, tax code, phone number, and email address, are processed within the normal activities of the ENTITY CAVILLI RENÉ MARIO and for the following purposes: (a) to access the restricted areas of the websites managed by the ENTITY CAVILLI RENÉ MARIO; (b) to benefit from the services offered by the ecosystem of the ENTITY CAVILLI RENÉ MARIO, including activities available at the 'WellnessQP Centers' and the 'WellnessQP Academy' in its 'Individual' and 'Professional' departments; (c) to comply with legal obligations, such as issuing receipts, etc.; (d) to join the Community of the ENTITY CAVILLI RENÉ MARIO and receive the membership card. Participation is completely free of charge and allows you to stay informed about the humanitarian activities the body will be involved in. Any such participation will always be voluntary, with the aim of defending the Fundamental Rights of the Human Being.
